On May 13, 2026, Intercept Brasil published verified audio, messages, and bank receipts confirming that Flávio Bolsonaro — PL-RJ Senator and presidential pre-candidate — negotiated directly with Daniel Vorcaro (former controller of Banco Master, arrested in November 2025) a transfer of US$ 24 million (R$ 134 million) to finance "Dark Horse," a biopic about Jair Bolsonaro.

At least US$ 10.6 million (R$ 61 million) was effectively transferred between February and May 2025 across six operations to the Havengate Development Fund LP, based in Texas and coordinated by Eduardo Bolsonaro. Vorcaro was intended to be an anonymous investor; the scheme was structured so his name would not appear publicly.

On November 16, 2025 — one day before Vorcaro's arrest — Flávio wrote: "Brother, I am and will always be with you; there is no 'half-talk' between us." On the morning of 05/13, questioned at the Supreme Court (STF) entrance, Flávio denied it: "It's a lie." By the afternoon, he confirmed it via video: "I did nothing illegal."
