Your email address is used exclusively to:

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, behavioral analysis, or any purpose beyond direct service delivery.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, with the following strictly necessary exceptions:
Stripe, Inc. — Our designated Payment Processor. Stripe processes all payment transactions under its own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. Couto & Silva Intelligence does not store or access payment card data at any point.
No other third-party processors, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers receive your personal information.
Data Retention
Your email address is retained for the duration of the active subscription or purchase relationship, plus a maximum of 24 months thereafter for legal and tax compliance purposes, in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and applicable fiscal regulations.
Upon written request to desk@coutosilva.com, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

International Data Transfers
Payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc., headquartered in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. No other international data transfers occur. Brazilian subscribers' data is processed within Brazil in compliance with LGPD.
EU-based subscribers acknowledge that data transfers to Brazil are conducted under GDPR Article 49(1)(b) as necessary for the performance of a contract.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. Basic session data (web server logs) is collected for security and performance purposes only and is not linked to individual identities.
No third-party cookies are set by Couto & Silva Intelligence. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process, governed by Stripe's own cookie policy.
Security
All communications between your browser and this website are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Email delivery uses industry-standard secure mail protocols. We do not store payment card data at any point — all payment security is managed by Stripe, Inc. under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
